PrintSource ("PrintSource," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through printsourcegroup.com and related services (the "Services"), how we use it, and the choices you have. It should be read together with our Terms of Service.

• Production and fulfillment partners — the production facilities, decorators, and shipping carriers involved in producing and delivering your order
• Proforma platform — see below
• Service providers — companies that help us run the Services, such as our website host, payment processor, and support-ticketing tools (e.g. our storefront support and project request forms are handled through ClickUp)
• Legal and safety reasons — if required by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of PrintSource, our clients, or others

Our Brand Store Platform Partner (Proforma)

PrintSource operates as part of the Proforma network, and our Managed Brand Store ordering, account, and back-office order data run on a platform hosted by PFG Ventures, L.P. dba Proforma ("Proforma"), our franchisor. When you create a brand store account, place a brand store order, or otherwise use that hosted platform, the information you provide (such as your contact information, order history, and account details) is processed through Proforma's platform and handled consistent with Proforma's own Privacy Policy [confirm and link current URL, e.g. proforma.com]. We encourage you to review Proforma's Privacy Policy in addition to this one. Proforma may also use de-identified or aggregated data across its network — including from PrintSource's stores — for analytics and platform improvement. [Attorney review recommended: confirm the precise data-processor/data-controller relationship between PrintSource and Proforma for CCPA/GDPR purposes, and whether a data processing addendum already exists between PrintSource and Proforma that should be referenced here.]

4. Cookies

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to keep the site functional and to understand how visitors use it.
